Coste Petrai is located in the heart of the Prosecco production area and is surrounded by UNESCO World Heritage sites that influence and enhance the characteristics of all its wines. To the north, the Dolomites act as a barrier against the cold north winds, while Venice to the south overlooks the Adriatic Sea, representing the main path for the Scirocco winds and resulting in rainfall capable of mitigating the hot summer temperatures.
The winery is located in the village of Arcade at the foot of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills, where some of its best vineyards are on terroirs yielding wines of great character. These conditions allow the creation of high quality sparkling wines using the Glera grape variety. It is on these lands that this variety has found the perfect habitat to develop and produce grapes that are genuine treasure troves of authentic aromas.

LaGlera
Glera is the white grape variety from which Prosecco is obtained and is the grape that, more than any other, is capable of expressing its distinctive characteristics in all the interpretations in which it is vinified by the Coste Petrai winery.
Its typical fruity notes of apple and pear, floral aromas of acacia and wisteria, as well as its distinctive minerality, make Prosecco a very versatile wine that can be paired with countless gastronomic combinations.
